Senior Manager, Revenue Integrity
The Revenue Integrity Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, leading and implementing revenue capture initiatives, including but not limited to, charge optimization, underpayment and undetected underpayment, payer contract optimization. The role will apply knowledge of payer reimbursement, contracts, charge description manager, billing and compliance and to ensure revenue recognition for services are recognized. The position will integrate solutions to apply analytics, software and Artificial Intelligence to effectively identify and resolve opportunities prospectively, recognizing revenue accurately and timely. The Revenue Integrity Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager to provide analysis and deep-dive assessments and reporting. The Revenue Integrity Sr. Manager will serve as a liaison between Revenue Integrity and Revenue Cycle Operations, provide analysis and performance improvement reporting. The position will stay abreast of governmental and non-governmental payors to ensure facility charging meet compliance and clinical documentation processes in place will support charges.
- Education: Bachelors preferred. In lieu of bachelors, 10+ years’ experience required.
- Experience (Type & Length): 10+ years’ related experience required.
- Software/Hardware: Navigation and edit resolution through various Web based systems, Ability to use email, Excel, Word.
