Job Description

The position is responsible for developing analytical reports, tools, and processes which support the effective and efficient acquisition of necessary goods and services required to perform the Steward mission. The position is also responsible for developing and monitoring project plans and schedules for key business process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain (ex. Central Supplier Agreement Repository). The position is responsible for managing certain key processes in the Supply Chain organization.
  1. Manage the process and central repository for all supplier agreements
  2. Manage the reporting process for invoice/PO exceptions
  3. Develop and execute a performance metrics program for Supply Chain, with appropriate visibility of data to Steward stakeholders, with a focus on Savings
  4. Create analytical reports and tools to facilitate decision making in Supply Chain function (spend, savings, exceptions, other)
  5. Contribute to the Continuous Improvement program for Supply Chain and manage a set of improvement projects

Support the integration activities for new acquisitions (hospitals and physician networks) with data reporting and project management.

  1. Bachelors degree, related field
  2. MBA preferred
  3. 3+ years experience Supply Chain experience, preferably in a Health Care/Hospital environment

2+ years of advanced experience using Excel and Access to conduct analysis and reporting
