Job Description


Reporting to the Director Enterprise Engineering, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the inventory and reporting dashboards for the infrastructure environments. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for developing reporting programs that enable continual improvement of support and assist in forecasting the needs of Steward. The Operations coordinator will be responsible for procurement and order tracking for the infrastructure teams, including hardware and internet connectivity to Steward sites. The Operations coordinator will also be responsible for tracking the status of infrastructure tasks in relation to project needs. Will work closely with the PMO on project intake. Must be able organized and have strong communication skills.


• Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards for leadership
• Work with vendors and senior leadership on procurement and maintenance agreements
• Works with teams in procurement of infrastructure and ISP connections for all Steward locations
• Maintain inventory of all infrastructure equipment and ISP connection
• Work with Asset Management team on reporting and tracking of IT assets
• Coordinate billing with vendors and AP
• Work with Steward IS PMO in all infrastructure project intakes
• Aid in the education of IS processes to all customers
• Improve the visibility of IS Infrastructure and aid in constant process improvement
• Work with the PMO to develop plans and scope for proposed projects
• Assist with developing project charters, cost and effort estimates
• Perform other duties as assigned


• Strong communication skills with an attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills with ability to adapt for clarity to the audience
• Expertise in MS Office Suite
• Experience with variety of technologies across networking, operating systems, storage, backups, Cloud & Virtualization
• Demonstrated skill in trending and reporting
• Experience working with production support and experience in vendor management.
• Ability to follow process flows and recommend improvements
• Strong ability to communicate at all levels, including senior leadership and business partners
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non technical staff
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
• Ability to excel in conflict resolution
• Excellent critical thinking, collaboration and innovation skills


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience with related IS environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States
