Full-Time Front Desk/Receptionist & Scheduler

We are seeking an energetic and hard-working medical receptionist for a Family Practice office in Hermitage, PA.

The ideal candidate should be able to maintain a pleasant working demeanor when dealing with patients and staff.

Job Summary: The primary role is front desk, answering phones and scheduling appointment capability.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare team members

Proficiency in electronic medical (EMR) systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High School diploma or equivalent

Medical office and reception experience preferred
